1. Connect with us
You can contact us to send your requests via our quote form, by email or phone.

Please describe any medical problems or pain you have. You may be asked to submit your medical record, which will be reviewed by a specialist.
2. Evaluation & care plan
After the prospective surgeon has analysed your best options, we will send you a description of your proposed treatment package, including:

• Your hospital stay itinerary
• Follow-up care details if necessary
• Our personalised tourism offer
3. Planning your arrival
Once you have booked your plane ticket, we will reconfirm the dates and the arrangements for your stay.

We will book your medical consultation appointment with your surgeon.
4. Arrival & transportation
A representative will greet you at the airport holding a sign with your name on it. This agent will assist you for your entire stay.

They will drive you to the clinic and answer all questions you may have concerning the stay.
5. Hospital stay
We will help you register at the clinic and fill out the paperwork. We will be present at your doctor’s visit, where you will have the opportunity to ask any question related to the procedure.

Before the procedure, we will ensure your well-being and offer you the best service.
6. Recovery
After the procedure, we will make sure that the surgery went smoothly.

You will be released from the clinic and driven to a prestigious hotel to recuperate and relax for the remainder of your stay.
7. Departure
At the end of your medical stay, the assistant will drive you back to the airport and make sure you safely board your plane.
8. Follow up care
Once you return home, feel free to contact us should you have any question or comments. We will always be there to listen and respond to all your requests.
