Acceptance of Terms of Use

The general conditions of use must be accepted by any user wishing to access the IUVENIS site. They constitute the contract between the site and the User. Access to the services present on the IUVENIS site implies acceptance and consent on the part of the user of these general conditions of use.

The services of the IUVENIS website

The purpose of the www.clinic-iuvenis.com site is to provide information concerning all the services present on the site. The IUVENIS site strives to provide information that is as accurate as possible. However, it cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies and deficiencies in the update. This information is given for information only and can in no way replace a consultation with the attending physician/surgeon.

Responsibility of IUVENIS in tourism matters

IUVENIS can in no way be held liable in the event of a fault on the part of a travel supplier.

Liability of IUVENIS in medical matters

Our services and our responsibility are independent of those of the clinic and the attending physician, of the medical and surgical act and are limited to our services as a medical tourism facilitator.

All medical and surgical care you receive through the medical tourism facilitator is the sole responsibility of your attending physician/surgeon and/or clinic. Any post-surgical dispute must be established with the attending physician/surgeon and/or the clinic, which are subject to an insurance policy with an approved company.

IUVENIS as a medical tourism facilitator is in no way involved in any pre or post surgical dispute. Any dispute relating to this aspect will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the country of residence of the clinic and the doctor.

Modifications to the Terms & Conditions

IUVENIS reserves the right to modify unilaterally and at any time and without notice these conditions of sale and Use of the site. The version in force of these conditions of sale and Use is displayed on the site from the date on which a modification takes effect. The continuation of the use of the site, after a modification of the conditions of sale and Use has intervened, constitutes the acceptance on your part of this modification, it being understood that the version of the conditions of sale and use applicable to all the services present on the site.

Guarantee

The validity of our guarantee is eight months from the date of the cosmetic surgery.

In case of unsatisfactory result, an evaluation on the photos will be made. If the insufficiency of result is obvious, the reoperation will be at the expense of IUVENIS.

Complaints

Any complaint must be addressed to IUVENIS within 30 days following the end of your medical stay which is the subject of the complaint by email: info@clinic-iuvenis.com
